This 0180 is the top pivot only to be used with a 3/4″ offset bottom pivot or floor closer. The 0180 is included in 0117, 0117.25, 0117.50, 0165, 0173 and 0195 pivot sets. This item’s frame leaf mortises into header and door leaf mortises into top of door. For single-acting doors only. Heavy duty bearings. Stainless steel base material. UL listed for use on 3-hour fire rated doors.
