Product Overview

This 0117 Pivot set is 3/4″ from heel edge of door. Set includes 0180 Top Pivot and 0117B Bottom Pivot. For single-acting doors only. The top pivot frame leaf mortises into header and door leaf mortises into top of door. The bottom leaf mortises into floor and the door leaf mortises into the bottom of the door. Heavy duty bearings. Stainless steel base material. UL listed for use on 3-hour fire rated doors.
