This 0117B bottom pivot is for single-acting doors only. The 0117B bottom pivot is included in the 0117 pivot set. This item’s bottom leaf mortises into floor and the door leaf mortises into the bottom of the door. Heavy duty bearings. Stainless steel base material. UL listed for use on 3-hour fire rated doors.
